Consuming a diet rich in antioxidants also helps to reduce your exposure to environmental toxins and pollutants, minimizes cultural stress and get sufficient sleep.
Sun protection for preventing wrinkles and age spots: Apply sun screen to your face daily, especially while outdoors. Apply it to your neck and decollete too. This acts as a protection against the UV rays and will help prevent the occurrence of neck wrinkles or age spots.
